- We ask the on-call to call us back (or send an e-mail reply) to confirm that he or she has received the message. If we do not get a reply within a certain time frame, we will revert to back-up procedures, such as calling the cell phone, calling a back-up person, etc. until the message is fully and accurately dispatched.
- A summary of all previously dispatched messages, including caller ID, can be sent to you via fax or e-mail on a daily basis for quality control and tracking purposes, and we can always go back and listen to a conversation on our digital voice logger in case you have a question about a call.
